As a child, when asked "What is your favorite subject in school?", my answer was always Art! It's no surprise that I graduated with a degree in Art Education.  

 

After teaching art for ten years, and moving to South Carolina, my art took a back seat to raising my daughter, and earning a living in the business world.  

 

As I approached retirement, my husband surprised me with a gift of paints and my daughter a gift of art lessons. I quickly immersed myself again in the joy of painting. Following retirement, I now enjoy as much easel time as possible. I never tire of depicting the natural beauty of this world, using a soft application and a colorful pallet. Each painting is an opportunity to mature as an artist and to see the world in fresh and exciting ways. My art has found homes across the United States. What can I paint for you?
